Position: HR SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Wilson-McShane Corporation, a third-party administrator for Taft Hartley funds, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Support Specialist in our Bloomington, MN office.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a compensation range of $27.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and protect confidential human resource information.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and human resources documentation in accordance with department policies and record retention requirements.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, meetings, trainings, and other HR-related activities.
  • Prepare and distribute Human Resources updates to the organization.
  • Assist with tracking and administering FMLA and other employee leave programs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives across all office locations.
  • Coordinate ergonomics evaluations and related employee accommodations, as needed.
  • Communicate with internal and external candidates through verbal and written correspondence.
  • Assist with resume and application reviews for job openings.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
