Client Human Resources Business Partner III
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues, providing best practices and training on ADP solutions.
- Communicate and exceed client expectations by resolving issues promptly, managing priorities, and upholding ethical standards.
- Provide recommendations and educate both clients and internal stakeholders with best‑practice insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5‑8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems‑related organization.
- 5‑8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to deliver positive results.
- College degree not required; alternative pathways include relevant experience or military experience.
- HR Certification or willingness to pursue one in the first year.
Base salary range: $57,100 – $116,100 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
