All Flex Solutions seeks an on-site Human Resources Generalist to serve as the culture builder and operational anchor for our Milpitas, CA manufacturing facility. You will report to the VP of HR with a dotted line to the local GM and act as the sole on-site HR presence for a two‑shift operation.
You will handle wage/hour compliance, payroll liaison, onboarding, and talent acquisition coordination while promoting safety, integrity, and employee well‑being in a fast-paced production environment.
