Lutheran Social Service MN is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Partners in Community Supports (PICS) program. You will be a key member of the HR team, delivering human resources support across multiple PICS programs in Minnesota.
The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or equivalent, has 2–3 years of HR administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. A valid driver’s license is required.
