Human Resource Specialist

• Align resources and services to deliver customized Insperity Human Resource (HR) service solutions
• Manage a book of business contributing to clients’ success
• Advise client management on employee relations, legislation, and performance management
• Collaborate with key decision makers on HR business strategy
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and maintain regulatory compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience
• Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) and/or SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) certification preferred

Demonstrates expertise in Human Resource service solutions, employee relations, and regulatory compliance while effectively managing client relationships and advising on HR business strategy.
