Associate Recruiter

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced staffing environment, building strong candidate relationships, and managing multiple openings throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recruiting experience
, strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy workload while providing an excellent candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, Linked In, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting resources.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Conduct phone and video screens to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Present job opportunities and employment expectations clearly and accurately to candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates for open positions while maintaining established productivity and quality expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Extend offers and assist candidates through pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner closely with account managers and recruiting leadership to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews, offers, and placements to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet established recruiting goals related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

• Must currently reside in Minnesota.
• 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
• Experience using an ATS and online recruiting/job board platforms.
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.

• Previous staffing agency experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across light industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, professional, or skilled positions.
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter and major job boards.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and develop relationships with passive candidates.
