Senior Human Resources Business Partner

** Position Summary
** The
** Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)
** is a highly experienced strategic HR leader who partners with senior leaders to shape and execute people and organizational strategies across large, complex, or high-impact areas of the business.

This role operates at a broad and deep level, addressing enterprise or segment-wide challenges, leading complex transformations, and influencing executive decision-making. The Sr. HRBP also plays a key role in developing other HR professionals and strengthening the overall capability of the HR function.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Executive Partnership & Strategic Influence
*** Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders on people, organizational, and cultural strategy.
* Influence business and operating strategy through a people and organizational lens.
* Partner with leaders on long-term workforce strategy, leadership capability, and organizational design.
** Enterprise & Segment Initiatives
*** Lead complex, enterprise or segment-wide initiatives such as restructures, integrations, capability builds, or major transformations.
* Design and implement solutions to systemic organizational challenges.
* Partner across functions (Operations, Finance, IT, Safety, Legal) to align efforts.
** Organizational Effectiveness & Change
*** Diagnose organizational issues related to structure, roles, workflow, culture, and leadership.
* Lead and sustain large-scale change efforts.
* Support leaders in navigating resistance, ambiguity, and change fatigue.
** Talent, Leadership & Succession
*** Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
* Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent.
* Influence leadership standards, expectations, and development strategies.
** Governance, Risk & Capability Building
*** Identify enterprise-level people risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
* Ensure consistency, governance, and compliance across supported areas.
* Mentor and develop HRBPs, Generalists, and other HR leaders.
*** Experience & Skills
***** Education
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
Master’s preferred.
** Experience
* ** 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
* Experience leading large-scale change or enterprise initiatives strongly preferred.

* This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days/week in office and 1 day/week remote; able to be flexible based on business needs.
** The salary range for this position is $,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
*** Work Environment & Travel Requirements
*** This role is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, MN with frequent travel across Metals locations (approx. 2 trips/month or 10-20%)
* Sitting for extended periods.
* Using standard office equipment.
* Walking through production environments requiring appropriate PPE.
* Attending meetings and employee discussions.
* Occasional travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities.
* Physical Requirements  + Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.  + Lift up to 10 lbs.
