As a Distinguished Technologist and HPC & AI Security Architect, you will focus on end‑to‑end security for customers deploying high‑performance computing and AI systems. Your responsibilities include architecting, designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging systems, software, and solutions. You will work across engineering disciplines, methodologies, and tools to deliver secure, innovative, and compliant solutions for HPE’s portfolio.

• Responsible for the end‑to‑end security architecture of HPC & AI systems within HPE.
• Develops strategy and technology roadmaps to address security across multiple platforms and products in the HPC & AI Business unit, collaborating with security experts company‑wide.
• Communicates strategy and technology roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners, and customers; leverages recognized technical and business expertise to influence, guide, and shape business strategy at the highest organizational levels.
• Provides consultation, design input, and feedback for development and design reviews across multiple organizations and architectures.
• Guides and mentors less‑experienced staff members, setting an example of secure system design and development innovation and excellence.
• Participates in and provides input on the process for selecting future technical leaders.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in security technologies.
• Typically 15+ years total experience.
• Participation in industry standards bodies preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering security solutions to solve real‑world problems.
• Deep understanding of security technologies, including zero‑trust security architecture, hardware and software provenance, identity management, secrets management, and government‑specified security standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to present internally and externally on security technologies.
• Ability to work across business unit teams to deliver complex solution requirements and drive strategic engagements.
• Industry expertise in developing security solutions.
• History of innovation and successful deployment of solutions in system security.
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the overall architecture of HPC & AI systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at the most senior organizational levels.
