Manage pre-construction real estate activities supporting macro new build and modification programs across the Great Plains (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). Oversee site acquisition and A&E vendors through due diligence, lease negotiations, permitting, and approvals to deliver a “Real Estate Complete” work product. Responsibilities include vendor management, forecasting, PO management, database tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Must be a self-starter able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

• Telecom/wireless pre-construction or network real estate project management experience
• Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors
• Familiarity with the Upper Midwest region
• Strong forecasting, database tracking, and milestone management skills
• Ability to meet aggressive timelines
• Experience with tracking tools; FUZE experience preferred
