Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our HR Technology team. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Talent and Benefits modules, contributing to ongoing system upgrades, and helping implement a new user interface. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for enhancing HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management and Benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Participate in testing and deployment of quarterly Oracle upgrades and UI rollouts.
- Support the transition to a new production operations model.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
- Provide mentorship and support to other analysts and developers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Talent and/or Benefits modules.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Auto Complete Rules, and Redwood UI.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle HCM Talent or Benefits certification.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Functional knowledge of other HCM, ERP, or SCM modules.
- Experience in healthcare or health plan IT environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Studio, Oracle JET, or OCI.

Will participate in an off-hour on-call support rotation (nights, weekends, holidays).
Position may work remotely but preferably local/regional applicants for occasional onsite meetings/needs.
CompensationThe projected hourly range for this position is $65 to $75.
