Join Twin City Staffing as an IT and network support specialist, where you’ll provide critical support, maintenance, and training for our team. Your expertise in computers, Office 365, and specialized software tools will enhance our productivity and keep our systems running smoothly. This role offers the chance to be an internal consultant on process improvement and software tool optimization.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the IT and network support specialist:

• Onboard and offboard employees, handling all IT-related tasks, including setup and maintenance of computers, network systems, Wi‑Fi, and printers
• Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, specialized software subscriptions, VPN access, and software licenses
• Provide user training and technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with SOC2 audits and security events
• Support system integrations, process improvements, and act as a consultant to enhance productivity

Requirements of the IT and network support specialist:

• Proficient in Office 365, Windows, and support applications.
• 2-5 years of technical support experience and a two-year degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle after‑hours support.
• Deep knowledge of MS365, Windows, Microsoft Intune, Defender, Azure
  
  AD, Cisco VPN, and cybersecurity principles
