Talent Software Services is searching for a Salesforce Solution Architect for a 24‑month contract position.

Years' Experience

Required:

10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree; 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development) with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or architecture role.

The Global Salesforce Commercial Platforms IT team at Healthcare is a globally distributed group delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that enable commercial excellence across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Partnering with business units and enterprise functions, we support the full delivery lifecycle—from intake and solution architecture through deployment, governance, and continuous improvement—through agile execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and human‑centered design.

As a Principal IT Salesforce Technical Architect within this team, you will serve as a strategic architecture leader for Salesforce capabilities supporting end‑to‑end Pricing & Contracting, including CPQ, pricing management, and contract workflows.

Partnering with Commercial and IT stakeholders, you will define and govern scalable target architecture, standards, and patterns across data, integration, security, and automation—modernizing operations while minimizing technical debt.

You will provide principal‑level architecture leadership for complex, high‑risk U.S.‑based transformation initiatives by accelerating key decisions, reducing delivery risk, and ensuring solutions are globally scalable.

Reporting to the Global Salesforce Commercial Platforms IT Director, you are expected to work from the office.
