Lead .Net Developer

Location:
Minneapolis, MN/ Hackensack, NJ (Position is Hybrid and candidate will have to work at least 3 days in the office)

Duration: 12+ Months

Scope:

Looking for developers, and engineers to help with the cloud migration journey,

Bank already had on going contracts with Microsoft and Accenture in creating pipelines in the cloud.

Essentially getting the cloud ready,

To onboard the application in the cloud.

May work with the multiple teams and play the lead role.

Need Strong dot Net experience to navigate the complex environment, Preferred Azure experience?

60% Weightage will be given to development experience and 40% experience given to Dev Ops/cloud experience.

7-8 years of experience in Dot net and 3-4 years in Cloud experience.

Banking/Financial industry is not required.

Not looking for jumping history experience.

This is a Hybrid Position, MN and NJ.

Job Description:

This person will have a direct and far-reaching impact on migrating our large portfolio of applications to Azure Public Cloud.

The role requires working across a broad spectrum of technology and stakeholders.

• Partner with application teams in their journey to Public Cloud
• Key technical lead and liaison between application teams and enterprise cloud migration initiative
• Identify end-to-end Dev Ops solutions, leverage best practices and patterns
• Self-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
• Roll up your sleeves and get teams over tricky CI/CD challenges
• framework of existing apps, recommend and resolve upgrade issues.
• Good understanding of SDLC and/or Agile
• Design, develop, test, and deploy computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.
