Operational Technology Analyst

Employment Requirements

• Enhance visibility and monitoring of OT assets, systems, and network activity across manufacturing environments.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks impacting industrial systems.
• Support OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing infrastructure.
• Assist with OT incident response activities, investigations, and continuous improvement of security processes.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of TTC's global OT cybersecurity program and governance practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience supporting OT, IC‑SCADA, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, cybersecurity principles, and network security concepts.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in manufacturing or multi‑site operational environments.
• Experience with OT security monitoring, asset discovery, vulnerability management, or risk assessment.
• Experience with SCADA Fence.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related cybersecurity credentials.
• Experience supporting OT security initiatives, incident response, or industrial network segmentation projects.
• Ability to travel globally as business needs require greater than 20%.
