Overview
Analytics & Insights Lead for Global Operations & Supply Chain. Partners with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy analytical solutions that transform data into actionable insights, driving operational excellence and improving supply chain performance.
Responsibilities- Facilitate the ideation and creation of analytical solutions for various business functions.
- Capture requirements and suggest improvements for analytical processes.
- Collaborate extensively across cross‑functional teams and the organization.
- Drive the development and deployment of analytical solutions, fostering insights that yield positive business outcomes.
- Ensure analytics & insights align with end‑to‑end supply chain focus and business objectives.
- Act as a key resource to support and drive analytics initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer value and satisfaction through extreme ownership.
- Promote adoption and usage of analytics tools and insights.
- Support training of analytic tools.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
- Serve as a steward of analytics by generating insights for business use cases.
- Travel up to 25% or once a quarter.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations analytics.
- Demand planning experience is a plus.
- Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion.
- Nice to have: experience leveraging AI to improve productivity; SQL development;
Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate;
Agile methodology; regulated environment experience (e.g., medical device).
- Salary range (U.S., excl. Puerto Rico): $ – $USD.
