ISG, founded in 1973, is a nationally recognized, employee‑owned firm known for delivering innovative architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning solutions. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Paralegal to partner closely with our General Counsel and support legal operations across the firm. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating the legal documents that drive our multidisciplinary work forward.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the professionalism to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Duties What you’ll do- Champion the drafting, redlining, and review of contracts and other legal documents to support ISG’s dynamic, multidisciplinary work
- Craft clear and polished legal notices, correspondence, and memoranda under the guidance of the General Counsel
- Partner closely with the General Counsel, outside counsel, and internal teams to keep legal workflows moving smoothly and ensure timely compliance
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and help keep our legal processes running efficiently
- Protect sensitive information by upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Contribute to improving legal templates, processes, and document management to elevate how ISG delivers legal support
- 3–5 years of paralegal or legal support experience, ideally within construction, real estate, or transactional law, giving you the confidence to navigate complex documents and workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, allowing you to deliver clear, accurate, and polished work
- Strong interpersonal skills that help you build productive relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization
- Outstanding organizational habits and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping tasks moving forward
- Sound judgment, initiative, and discretion that enable you to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity
- A paralegal certificate or related education that strengthens your foundation and supports your continued growth in the role
