Position Summary

Sam’s Club #4787 located at 200 West American Blvd, Bloomington, MN 55420‑1120. Full‑time position with hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $27.00 per hour, inclusive of potential premium compensation and performance‑based bonuses.

• Be a Team Member
  :
  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of prepared food product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and remain flexible to meet business needs in other areas.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, anticipate seasonality, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, manage cold chain compliance and inventory, operate and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time production decisions, order management, club pickup logistics, training, and product quality assurance.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive area performance, perform stocking and rotating of merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by identifying member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, process payments, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Act as a brand advocate, develop, influence, and inspire coworkers in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, recognize roadblocks, and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in daily business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using available policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service / Food Handler Certification.
