Maintenance Technician

We are looking for aMaintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative in Bloomington, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.

This Maintenance schedule includes;

• 40 hours every two weeks
• Part time, Day shift
• No weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Performs routine maintenance duties
• Performs general repairs
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed
• Complies with all policies and standards
• On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Required Qualifications:

• Current Drivers License (in good standing)
• One to three years of previous experience
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
• Three to five years of previous experience
