Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician at Primark - Mall of America Area in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas while operating professional floor care equipment in a high-traffic retail environment.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location:

Primark MOA, MNPay: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Approximately 24 Hours Per Week Consistent Morning Schedule Sunday Off Weekend Availability Required Great Supplemental Income Opportunity Early Schedule Leaves the Rest of Your Day Free What You'll DoOperate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment

Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing

Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas

Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed

Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards

Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Complete assigned cleaning projects independently

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Ability to push and pull floor care equipment

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required

Training Provided Carlson provides hands-on training and support to help you succeed and develop valuable floor care skills.
