Weekly Pay | Early Morning Schedule | Training Provided | Consistent Hours Looking for a part-time position with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow? Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician at Primark - Mall of America Area in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas while operating professional floor care equipment in a high-traffic retail environment.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location:

Primark MOA, MN Pay: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Approximately 24 Hours Per Week Consistent Morning Schedule Sunday Off Weekend Availability Required Great Supplemental Income Opportunity Early Schedule Leaves the Rest of Your Day Free.

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
