Temporary Engineer

ABM is seeking a skilled Engineering Technician for a temporary 6-8 month assignment supporting multiple commercial properties in the Metro area. This role will assist building engineers with preventive maintenance, building inspections, light repairs, mechanical room monitoring, and general facility support. The position will also help maintain common areas, respond to tenant maintenance requests, support property management operations, and ensure safety and operational excellence throughout the properties.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who can provide immediate support and deliver exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and property teams.

PAY: $28.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
