Manager, Project Implementation

Overview

Health Partners is hiring a Project Implementation Manager. The Project Implementation Manager leads the implementation process for new and renewing health plan customers with complex plan offerings. This role ensures successful project execution by managing cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams, delivering exceptional customer experience and operational readiness.

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Services, Communications, related, or equivalent experience.

• At least five years of experience in health plan and/or employer benefit plan project management and implementation, including large-scale projects/programs.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), JIRA, and Confluence

• In-depth knowledge of health plan benefit administration.

• Collaborative approach with internal departments and external clients and vendors.

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

• Masters Business Administration (MBA)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

• Scrum/Agile methodology and practices
• Business Analysis
