The Emergency Services Supervisor provides program leadership and supervision for Cornerstone’s part-time and overnight Emergency Services team. This role builds and supports a skilled advocate team delivering trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and culturally responsive services in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. The Supervisor ensures high-quality programming, staff accountability, and responsive services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking as they move toward safety, housing, and economic stability.
This position also maintains strong partnerships with community providers and systems partners.
