Senior Director, Delivery
Senior Director, Delivery is the single accountable leader for how an organization delivers value through integrated coaching and training. This role serves as the hub of value delivery, ensuring coaching and training operate as a cohesive system that helps members translate insight into action and achieve measurable outcomes. In addition to overseeing day-to-day delivery, this role owns the ongoing evolution of delivery capability, including setting standards, managing capacity, developing leaders, and refining service models as member needs, segmentation, and scale evolve.

- Own and execute an integrated coaching and training delivery model
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear delivery priorities, standards, and plans
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that drives application and results
- Balance quality, capacity, and impact through disciplined tradeoffs
- Align incentives, KPIs, scheduling, and delivery models across functions
- Stabilize capacity planning and workload management to reduce variability
- Evolve delivery operations from stabilization to continuous improvement and scale
- Lead change with clarity, strong communication, and follow through
- Lead the delivery organization through Directors of Coaching and Training
- Develop leaders through coaching, accountability, and performance expectations
- Build bench strength to support scalability and long term sustainability
- Lead through systems and leaders rather than individual execution
- Own delivery performance metrics and outcomes
- Manage the delivery P&L within established budget priorities
- Align delivery decisions with capacity, cost discipline, and member value
- Partner with Revenue to align delivery with sold work and commitments
- Collaborate with Operations, Events, Finance, IT, and Employee Experience on execution, planning, and organizational design
- Work with IT and data teams to define metrics and enable actionable dashboards
- Guide the evolution of delivery models, segmentation, and partner involvement as the organization scales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced certifications in leadership, operations, or service delivery are a plus but not required
- Senior leadership experience in service delivery, professional services, consultative, or membership-based organizations
- Proven ability to lead complex delivery models through systems, standards, and people leadership
- Experience managing leaders and multi-layered teams
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to balance stabilization and continuous improvement
- Track record of driving consistency, accountability, and quality in service delivery
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally as part of an executive leadership system
- Up to 35% travel
