Maintenance Technician / Mechatronics Technician

• Diagnose and repair electrical (up to 460 V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform testing to ensure optimal performance
• Execute preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance with precision and urgency
• Partner with production teams to adjust equipment based on schedules and demand
• Support fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
• Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects
• Work with PLCs and VFDs (Allen Bradley experience highly valued)
• Expand your skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities

• 2‑year technical degree (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid‑power systems
• Experience with PLCs/VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred)
• HVAC experience is a plus
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges

• $34–$37 per hour + 5% quarterly bonus potential
