Production Shift Manager

Production Shift Manager – Houston, TX (On-Site)

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.

Location:

Houston, TX on-site.

• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Execute operations per H.B. Fuller policies and procedures.
• Achieve production targets for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize assets.
• Lead product scale‑ups and new product introductions.
• Identify and resolve issues using structured problem‑solving.
• Manage shift‑level inventory and ensure accurate ERP data entry.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance.

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with multi‑shift operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, team‑building and development, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and drive results independently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of chemical plant operations and regulatory compliance.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
