Carlton-Farms is looking for a Harvest Floor Technician located in Minnesota, USA. This role requires overseeing the slaughter process for beef and pork, including trimming and washing carcasses. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced team environment and follow strict safety guidelines as well as regulations set by the USDA.
Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting and endure long periods of walking and standing. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with potential for overtime.
