Responsibilities

Whey Relief Operators fill in for vacations and assist in special projects in the Whey plant. Operators learn how to operate all whey production equipment. Relief operators get the opportunity to learn the lead roles which makes this a great chance to showcase their potential.

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to handle a varied schedule. Ability to accomplish assigned tasks without direct oversight. Detail oriented mindset. The job involves being able to lift up to 50 pounds and being on their feet for extended periods. Must be able to frequently stoop, crouch, twist and turn. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently on assigned duties.

Schedule

Schedule will vary depending on the current needs. Schedule will include day and night shifts.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $28.19 with step increase for learning and being able to perform all the jobs in the Whey plant.
