Night Production Supervisor B2

Production Supervisor Night Shift – Kenny's Candy & Confections Hours

11:00pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

• Year one assumed earnings range: $75,000 - $90,000 (includes base hourly rate, shift differential, sign on bonus, and assumed overtime (averaging 48 hrs per week))
• Base Pay: $24.66/hr
• 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift: $2.47/hr
• Sign on Bonus (paid out quarterly): up to $15,000
• Profit Sharing Eligibility:
  Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate with production workers regarding schedule and shift goals
• Provide visible leadership and guidance to all production staff to foster continuous improvements and best practices; maintain continuous engagement with all production employees
• Empowerment – the Supervisor is authorized as an independent, self-directed decision maker for their job duties
• Provide controls to assure optimum deployment of resources within approved budget; continually improve manpower usage, effectiveness, and efficiencies through improved scheduling techniques
• Work with production leadership team; directly responsible for personnel actions including employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, documentation, hiring and terminations
• Work with production leaders to establish and deploy standard works
• Work with production leaders to establish goals centered on achieving results through principles of accountability; ensure staff follows production schedule at expected rates; review waste and downtimes and take action to improve results
• Ensure all employees arrive on time at the start of their shift and comply with all attendance policy; report any absences to the production leadership; complete daily attendance tracking and ensure proper cost centers are entered accurately
• Update communication/performance boards and participate in safety inspections, GEMBA walks, BRC reviews and other reviews/audits as assigned
• Ensure all shift reports are turned in before leaving, and assist in transfer of information
