Toolmaker - 2nd shift

Hourly Wage: $23.50/hr - $30.00/hr, depending on experience (includes shift differential)

• Perform mold preventative maintenance in a timely and complete manner
• Perform mold repair, core changes and/or revisions accurately and efficiently
• Build or repair fixtures accurately and efficiently with instruction from supervisor or engineering
• Complete relevant tasks as directed by your supervisor
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow written work procedures

• Proficiency in machining, tool and die or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and a part of a team
• Forklift license (or ability to obtain)
• Must meet physical requirements of position. Pre-placement physical testing to be performed

• High school diploma or GED
• Two year degree in machining, tool and die, or equivalent job experience in tool and die/mold making, and/or two plus years’ experience in the injection mold building or mold maintenance field
• Proficiency with CNC mills, EDMs, etc
• Training in general safety

• Solid Cam or other CAD/CAM software experience is preferred
• Previous plastic injection molding experience
