Job Description

We are partnering with one of our world class medical manufacturing suppliers to fill immediate, 1st Shift openings for Clean Room Production Operators at their Brooklyn Park/Champlin area location. These are temp-to-hire positions which makes this an amazing opportunity to start a long‑term career with an established industry leader.

• Produce and inspect products at an acceptable quality level.
• Must be able to read or understand established procedures and specifications.
• Maintain orderly and safe working conditions as well as perform all duties in accordance with established procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Responsible for the accuracy of Traceability Forms used during the manufacturing of the products.
• Operate specific equipment as assigned by Department Supervisor per accepted work instructions at acceptable efficiency levels.
• Regularly perform minor set‑ups and adjustments of equipment to which assigned, when appropriate training has been completed.
• Able to establish good working relationships with all levels of operations.
• Able to cross‑train co‑workers when required.
• Other assignments as requested.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years’ experience in a medical device manufacturing environment (assembling catheters).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand and interpret instructions and documentation.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Shift is Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3pm
