Systems Engineer
Payrate: $62.00 - $65.04/hr.

- Determining the equipment needs for new and existing cell sites based on engineering plans and project outlines.
- Coordinating the ordering and integration process to provide complete equipment sets for projects.
- Managing supplier relationships to meet targeted network milestones and turn‑up dates.
- Attending project update meetings to present status updates.
- Following appropriate methods and procedures for equipment tracking and inventory control.
- Initiating Material Requests for shipment from our centralized warehouse.
- Tracking of equipment with a focus on expense reduction and just in time ordering.
- Monitor all equipment expenditures.
- Ensure vendor payment utilizing People Soft Equipment Procurement.
- Oversee equipment installation and acceptance.
- Review drawings for accuracy.
- Use Fuze to order equipment.
- Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Knowledge of DC power systems used in the telecommunications environment.
- Knowledge of cellular network architecture.
- Knowledge of Ericsson base station equipment, CATS/FULCRUM, Map Info, FUZE, PURCH and People Soft.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $62.00 - $65.04/hr. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
