Pay: $19–$24 per hour

• Operate and maintain Ricoh or Xerox digital printing equipment.
• Produce high-quality black-and-white and four-color print jobs.
• Utilize Fiery or similar print management software.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, clear paper jams, calibrate colors, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment, including binding, punching, cutting, collating, folding, and stitching machinery.
• Read and follow job tickets and manufacturing instructions accurately.
• Obtain and prepare paper, toner, and other materials for production runs.
• Set up and manage high-speed digital copiers and wide-format presses, adjusting settings for paper weight, layout requirements, and toner/ink specifications.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure color accuracy, alignment, image quality, and overall production standards.

• Recent experience operating Ricoh or Xerox digital printing machines.
• Experience producing both black-and-white and four-color print jobs.
• Working knowledge of Fiery or similar workflow software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules.
