Warehouse Technician

Job Summary

• Perform physical receiving of goods and data entry in SAP ERP
• Unpack, inspect, and put inventory in the correct location
• Place order requests for inventory replenishments as needed
• Prepare parts from inventory and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements
• Respond to internal requests for parts and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements as needed
• Perform various SAP transactions and run reports as needed
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required
• Receive and unpack RMAs, check to ensure all items are listed in the RMA and update SAP
• Collect and pack parts or equipment/accessories for shipping, record data in SAP ERP
• Collect documentation from the Logistics Technicians
• Place labels and documents on the boxes
• Contact shipping companies to collect shipment

• Experience with the use of ERP (experience with SAP is an asset)
• Experience with handling of electronic equipment is desirable
• Very good computer literacy and understanding of databases, email, and spreadsheets
• Good verbal and written reporting skills
• Good general fitness is required, as some controlled lifting is part of the job and standing for periods of time is required
• The ability to understand and observe proper Health and Safety practices is essential
• Excellent attention to detail to produce a high‑rate of ‘right‑first‑time’ results in all work
• Ability to learn new skills, technologies, and ideas rapidly
• Ability to work to within deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
• Required aptitudes: customer‑, action‑, and results‑oriented; versatility; strong sense of responsibility and organization; autonomy, attention to detail, and accuracy; ability to work as part of a team
• Relevant experience: 1 year in a similar position
• Language requirement:
