Job Summary
- Perform physical receiving of goods and data entry in SAP ERP
- Unpack, inspect, and put inventory in the correct location
- Place order requests for inventory replenishments as needed
- Prepare parts from inventory and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements
- Respond to internal requests for parts and perform SAP ERP transactions for stock movements as needed
- Perform various SAP transactions and run reports as needed
- Perform inventory cycle counts as required
- Receive and unpack RMAs, check to ensure all items are listed in the RMA and update SAP
- Collect and pack parts or equipment/accessories for shipping, record data in SAP ERP
- Collect documentation from the Logistics Technicians
- Place labels and documents on the boxes
- Contact shipping companies to collect shipment
- Experience with the use of ERP (experience with SAP is an asset)
- Experience with handling of electronic equipment is desirable
- Very good computer literacy and understanding of databases, email, and spreadsheets
- Good verbal and written reporting skills
- Good general fitness is required, as some controlled lifting is part of the job and standing for periods of time is required
- The ability to understand and observe proper Health and Safety practices is essential
- Excellent attention to detail to produce a high‑rate of ‘right‑first‑time’ results in all work
- Ability to learn new skills, technologies, and ideas rapidly
- Ability to work to within deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Required aptitudes: customer‑, action‑, and results‑oriented; versatility; strong sense of responsibility and organization; autonomy, attention to detail, and accuracy; ability to work as part of a team
- Relevant experience: 1 year in a similar position
- Language requirement:
English (spoken, reading, writing) - Education:
minimum high school
