** We’re looking for a Field Services Technician who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys travel, and excels at solving complex technical problems. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our Aftermarket team, delivering world-class support, installation, and maintenance for advanced automation equipment across customer sites.

** What You’ll Do
*** Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
* Deliver onsite and remote technical support with fast response times
* Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
* Manage service cases from assignment through resolution
* Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and performance
* Support customer visits, testing (FAT), and lab activities
** What You Bring
*** 2–4 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control systems
* Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
