Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC lathe machines for production runs.;
Perform tool changes and adjust offsets as needed to maintain part quality and machine performance.;
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G and M codes to ensure efficient and accurate machining.;
Work with a variety of materials, including steels, aluminum, and plastics, to produce precision components.;
Inspect and verify parts using microscopes, micrometers, comparators, gauge pins, thread gauges, and calipers.
