General Production Worker | 1st Shift | 17/hr to $20/hr | Saint Paul, MN Shift: 1st: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) (3) - $17/hr to 20/hr Job Description

The general production worker packages products on a conveyor line, ensuring each item is correctly filled, labeled, capped, and prepared for shipment. This role requires careful monitoring of automated equipment to maintain consistent quality and prevent delays or spills. The position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contributing directly to efficient production and on-time order fulfillment.

• Package products on a conveyor belt, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Apply labels and caps to products according to established standards and quality requirements.
• Place filled, labeled, and capped products into boxes in an organized and efficient manner for downstream processing.
• Monitor automated production equipment closely to identify and address issues such as delays, jams, or spills.
• Inspect products visually to confirm they meet quality standards before boxing and staging for shipment.
• Coordinate with the shipping team by ensuring boxed products are ready for palletizing and pickup on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working around automated machinery and production equipment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about production issues, quality concerns, or equipment irregularities.
• Stand and move along the production line for the duration of the shift to support continuous operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
