Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC lathe machines for production runs;
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity;
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G and M codes to optimize performance and resolve issues;
Work with a variety of materials including steels, aluminum, and plastics to produce precision components;
Inspect and verify dimensions of machined parts using microscopes, micrometers, comparators, gauge pins, thread gauges, and calipers
