Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring for a prep operator in Dawson, MN!  This position is responsible for the proper operation, record keeping, maintenance, and routine repair of machines for processing soy material.
** Responsibilities**:
* Operate production machinery, adjust controls and observe equipment operations.
* Collect soybean material samples at different locations using standard operating procedures.
* Maintain log of gauge readings and shift production.
* Clean production area and perform periodic routine maintenance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Requirements:
*** Can operate a forklift, pallet jack and material handling equipment
* Basic math skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once
* Able to communicate and work professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and various business contacts.
* Sound decision making and critical thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player and takes imitative
* Strong safety conscientiousness
* High school diploma or equivalent
