Set up and operate production machines to produce, assemble, and inspect products according to established specifications;
Apply pleated filters onto thermal welding or end capping machines and ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently;
Utilize test fixtures to test completed filters for pressure, air flow, and leaks, and determine pass or fail status based on defined criteria;
Perform visual quality inspections on finished products and document inspection results for submission to the quality department;
Cross-train and operate multiple machines and inspection stations to support production needs and maintain workflow flexibility
