* Schedule:

** Day Shift | Straight 8-hour Shift | Monday - Friday | Flexible Start Times | No Mandatory Overtime
** Starting Pay:** $40.00 – $43.72 per hour, based on experience. (Opportunity to achieve PDL Prototype Machinist Journey worker classification up to $51 per hour & credentials from the state of MN)

** What Will You Do?
** In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for the following:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and 3D printers.
* Turn concepts, sketches, and blueprints into real prototype parts.
* Design custom work holding fixtures using Gibbs CAM software.
* Perform your own setups, inspections, and machine adjustments.
* Troubleshoot machining challenges and help develop new products.
* Maintain equipment and keep a safe, organized workspace.
** What Do You Need?
** To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 4+ years of CNC Machining and Programming.
* Positive, Can-Do Attitude.
* Experience with CNC programming, manual machining, blueprint reading, work holding, and precision measuring tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Must be capable of using advanced mathematics, geometry, tables, and handbook formulas.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Gibbs Cam experience.
* CREO Cad software experience.
* 5 Axis Milling experience.
* 5 Axis Turning experience.
* Associates degree in CNC machining or related vocation.
