Sky Water Search Partners is seeking a Plant Manager for our client’s local assembly operation in Minnesota. The role leads a stable workforce and focuses on Lean maturity, process flow, labor efficiency and lead times.
You will drive daily performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building capability in supervision. The ideal candidate has prior plant ownership experience in assembly/electromechanical products, ERP/MRP familiarity (Net Suite) and a servant leadership approach
