We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator to join the Component Prep team and support the assembly of advanced electronic and mechanical products. In this hands‑on role, you'll prepare components for production, perform assembly operations, support hardware integration, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor in the manufacturing process from component preparation through final assembly. You'll work with advanced electronics and assemblies while helping bring sophisticated technology solutions to life.

• Prepare components for assembly through tinning, trimming, forming, and connector population activities.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, boards, cables, frames, panels, and other hardware.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, cable harnessing, hand soldering, and component installation.
• Integrate subassemblies into completed systems and perform final assembly operations.
• Conduct basic electrical testing, inspections, rework, and refurbishment activities.
• Maintain accurate production and work order documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience performing component preparation activities including tinning, trimming, forming, or connector assembly.
• 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
• 2+ years of experience performing hand soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, or component installation.
• 2+ years of experience using manufacturing tracking systems, quality procedures, and inspection criteria.
• 2+ years of experience using measuring equipment and performing basic mathematical calculations in a manufacturing setting.

• Strong understanding of component polarity and electronic inspection standards.
• Experience supporting hardware rework and refurbishment activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Work Environment:
  Electronics and mechanical manufacturing facility supporting advanced technology programs.
