We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator to join the Wired Chassis team supporting the assembly and integration of advanced electronic and mechanical systems. In this hands-on role, you'll perform wiring, chassis assembly, cable integration, and final hardware build activities that support the production of complex, mission-critical technologies.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble and integrate components into wired chassis systems using hand tools and production equipment.
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, cable harnessing, and component installation activities.
  • Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, panels, frames, cables, and chassis hardware.
  • Integrate subassemblies into final products and complete final assembly operations.
  • Perform basic electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, rework, and refurbishment activities.
  • Maintain production records and comply with quality and manufacturing standards.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience performing wiring, cable assembly, cable harnessing, or chassis integration work.
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • 2+ years of experience using hand tools and assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with manufacturing tracking systems, inspection criteria, and quality procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience using measuring equipment and performing production-related calculations.
  • Knowledge of component polarity, inspection standards, and manufacturing processes.

Additional Information
