Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support awareness and demand generation for industrial verticals.
- Lead comprehensive campaigns targeting applications in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and General Manufacturing.
- Strengthen digital presence and optimize customer journeys for industrial offerings.
- Initiate and direct ABM and outbound activities for targeted opportunities, collaborating with digital marketing, SDRs, and Sales.
- Lead and execute vertical events-including trade shows and first-party events-in collaboration with sales, sales enablement, and regional marketing.
- Drive channel marketing by delivering relevant marketing kits for partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of Industrial Marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate market needs and positioning into communication strategies.
- Foster strong partnerships with all marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, industry partners, and media to amplify marketing initiatives.
- Directly supervises 3 employees
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing or related key verticals
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Proven ability to establish penetration strategies and introduce innovative marketing programs that drive measurable demand
- Hands-on experience leveraging digital channels, ABM, outbound, and events to scale marketing impact
