POSITION OBJECTIVEThe Major Gift Officer (MGO) plays a critical frontline fundraising role at VEAP, responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of major donors and prospects. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the MGO builds authentic, long‑term relationships with individuals capable of making leadership‑level gifts, translating VEAP’s mission and impact into meaningful philanthropic
