Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, CPR certification, and appropriate state-specific licenses
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing or long-term care setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to pass a full background check, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts; physically able to perform caregiving tasks

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all state and federal regulations
  • Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort
  • Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts
