Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Assisted Living team at Founders Ridge, Bloomington, MN.

Location:

6600 Auto Club Road, Bloomington, MN 55438. Care options:
Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Enhanced Assisted Living.

Employment:
Full‑time, every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) 11:00 pm – 6:00 am. Pay period: 60 hrs per period.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high‑quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

• Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Estimated starting pay range for this role is $39.25 – $43.00 per hour.

Full‑time benefits‑eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
