Overview
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for mobile advanced wound care services in patients' homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Twin Cities, MN.
Responsibilities- Provide in-person wound care in patients' homes and skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with a team of high-quality healthcare professionals focused on wound care and improving patient quality of life.
- Active NP license in MN.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Comfort with wound care and strong communication skills. Experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or home care preferred.
- Competitive base salary ($130,000–$150,000/year) with part-time hours (4–10/week) and hourly pay ($75–$100).
- Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, company-provided training, and reimbursed travel expenses.
- No on-call, night, or weekend shifts; flexible schedule and minimal office confinement.
- In-person role with focus on treating patients in homes and facilities.
