Nurse Consultant

We’re looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in exciting travel interim leadership opportunities! As a Nurse Consultant, you’ll provide on‑site professional consulting services to post‑acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in‑services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Current MN RN
• Minimum 1 year of long‑term care experience (management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
